New Suit
I picked up my new suits today! I got one new grey suit (the Versini one) and a separate blazer that was also on sale.I also got some new ties. According to the Men's Wearhouse staff, yellow is the new "power tie", so I got one of those, as well as a nice blue and grey one that matches the suit nicely (they both do actually).
Now I just need an interview...

Hey Aaron, this is Amy Anderson-Tho. I just wanted to say hey! I thought it was interesting that we are kind of doing similar things in similar programs. I am at the School of Public and international Affairs in the University of Georgia in their Masters of Public Administration program doing Public Policy and Non-profit administration. Just thought I would say hey to a fellow morrisonian and a fellow foreign policy junkie. I also just got back from D.C. two weekends ago. Pretty cold.

That is interesting that we're doing such similar things. I think it makes sense that growing up overseas that we ended up being foreign policy junkies! and I think it's such a cool way to put to use things from our lives, in a productive way.
DC has been cold - as you can see we got snow last weekend. Btu it's warming up now, though probably not so much as in Georgia!

Nice. You're right, grey is much better than the 'old' navy. (To say nothing of the tacky brown one I wore at your wedding :-P)
Still, if I ever must wear a suit semi-often, I'm going for this one. :-)
